All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Incorrect or false details — including name, address, date of birth, or mobile number — will result in failed account verification and may lead to withdrawal holds.

Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing your password or account access with anyone else is prohibited. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact gitago support immediately.

• A photo of your national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Attempting to open an account using fake or stolen identity documents is a criminal offence.
• Gitago accounts are non-transferable — they cannot be sold or given to another person under any circumstances.

Gitago currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Maximum limits are set according to daily rules and are subject to change as needed.

The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. If the same individual attempts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly by opening multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements have been met.
• Gitago reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — such as meeting bonus conditions through low-risk betting patterns — can be detected by gitago and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Winnings from free spins may also be subject to separate wagering requirements.

All games on Gitago are powered by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified. Manipulation of results is not possible.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay, gitago reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. Any winnings resulting from exploiting a bug or software glitch will not be considered valid.

• Using bots, scripts, or any automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
